Recruiting Basics

Recruiting Basics: Growing With Purpose

Learning the foundations of recruiting is an important step in building a strong Carolina Country Bling business. Recruiting allows you to introduce others to an opportunity you believe in while building a team of like-minded individuals who share your values and goals.

Recruiting is a meaningful step forward. It’s not just about growth — it’s about helping others grow, too. When you recruit, you also commit to training, supporting, and encouraging those you bring into the business.

Let’s walk through the basics to help you recruit with confidence and integrity.

Common Recruiting Terms

Before diving deeper, here are a few terms you’ll see throughout your training:

  • Recruit: A person interested in joining your business, or the act of inviting someone to learn more
  • Sponsor: The Affiliate who supports, trains, and mentors a recruit (that’s you!)
  • Downline: Affiliates you personally sponsor, as well as those sponsored by your team
  • Upline: The Affiliate who sponsored you, and those above them
  • First Line: Affiliates you personally sponsor
  • Second Line: Affiliates sponsored by your first line
  • Third Line: Affiliates sponsored by your second line
  • Team Commission: A percentage-based commission earned from team sales once qualifications are met

What Recruiting Really Is

Recruiting is simply sharing the Carolina Country Bling opportunity.

When you genuinely enjoy your business and believe in what you’re building, sharing comes naturally. It may be as simple as:

  • Talking about your experience
  • Sharing your excitement
  • Letting others see your growth and joy

As you grow more confident, you may choose to focus more intentionally on recruiting — and that focus can help take your business to the next level.

Recruiting isn’t about convincing anyone. It’s about inviting others to explore what’s possible.

Why Recruiting Matters

Many people are searching for flexibility, purpose, and fulfillment.

A recent survey showed that a majority of people feel unhappy in their current jobs. As a Carolina Country Bling Affiliate, you have the opportunity to share an alternative — one that offers freedom, growth, and ownership.

Someone shared this opportunity with you. Paying it forward allows others the same chance.

The Benefits of Recruiting

Recruiting opens the door to:

  • Team commissions
  • Executive rewards and bonuses
  • Long-term income growth
  • Residual income potential

When you sponsor a new Affiliate and meet qualification requirements, you may earn team commissions based on your team’s sales. These commissions are paid by Carolina Country Bling — not by your recruits.

How Team Commission Works

Team commissions are based on team sales, not the number of people you recruit.

This means:

  • You can grow quickly, even with your first recruit
  • Success is based on leadership and teamwork
  • Every Affiliate has the same opportunity to grow

Rather than relying only on your own sales, building a team allows your income to grow through combined effort.

Would you rather earn from only your own hours — or from the shared efforts of a growing team?

Building Residual Income

When you recruit, train, and support your team, you create the potential for long-term residual income.

By investing time and energy into helping others succeed, you build something that can continue to grow over time.

Hard work today can create lasting income for the future.
