Learning the basics about recruiting is important. Recruiting can take your business to the next level. It gives you the opportunity to introduce others to your business and allows you to grow a team of like minded individuals. Recruiting others is a BIG step, and requires you to help others grow their business as well. Let's go over a few basics you need to know about recruiting your Carolina Country Bling business.
Recruiting Lingo
Before we cover the basics about recruiting, let's go over some of the lingo that you'll come across while going through this part of your training.
Recruit: A person interested in or joining your business or the act of recruiting.
Sponsor: The person who will train, support, and motivate the recruit. (i.e.: YOU!)
Down Line: Any person who you have personally sponsored, they have sponsored, and so on.
Up Line: The person who sponsored you, their sponsor, and so on.
1st Line: Anyone you have personally sponsored.
2nd Line: Anyone your first line recruits have sponsored.
3rd Line: Anyone your second line recruits have sponsored.
Team Commission: A percent commission paid to you by the company for your down line's sales, once you've reached the qualification.
Recruiting

Recruiting can be as simple as sharing your enthusiasm with friends, being excited and having a great time with your business. Really digging in your heels and focusing on mass recruiting efforts can take your business to the next level. Recruiting should come naturally if you are truly happy and proud of the opportunity we have to offer.

There are many wonderful benefits of recruiting. Earning team commission, executive rewards, bonus' and so much more.
When you sponsor someone into our business, you'll earn team commission on their efforts, once you qualify. Consult the CCB Comp Plan for information on Team Commission percentage and qualifications. It is important to note that this income is paid by CCB, not by your recruits.
CCB's Comp Plan allows everyone to benefit from their own recruiting efforts. Team commission is basted on your teams sales. It is not based on the 'number' of recruits that you have. It is entirely possible to start climbing the ladder with your very first recruit!
Rather than depending solely on sales from your own efforts, a down line can provide infinite income possibilities. Would you rather earn income on the 20 hours a week you may spend on your business or the income from 200 hours a week spent by your down line AND yourself in the same weeks' time? Your efforts and those of your 'down line' create residual income. By putting forth the energy and time to recruit, train, support, and motivate your team, you will reap the benefits throughout your entire career.
