Now that you've started your Carolina Country Bling business and have your CCB replicated website link, you're probably thinking, “Now what?”.
The best way to grow your online orders is to promote your CCB website. You have to work your business and keep at it for this happen. You start telling people about your business. Start posting your website link on your social media accounts. Start handing our business cards and perhaps do some advertising. Like that saying “If you build it they will come.” you have to get your website in front of your customers, therefore you have to build it up by promoting it.
Be creative when advertising your website. It will take time to start seeing results, so don't get discouraged. As long as you are getting your replicated website name seen and heard, customers, hostesses and recruit leads will slowly start showing up.
Advertising Your Website Off of the Internet
- Word of Mouth – Tell your customers, friends and family what you do and give them your website link if they would like to take a look at what you offer.
- Business Cards – For us, these are a MUST! These come in handy when you are out and about and come across someone who would love your information. Make sure you also have your contact information as well as your website link on your business cards.

- Correspondence – Anytime you mail anything, include your website link or contact information. Example would be adding your business card to an outgoing bill when you mail in an envelope.
- Bulletin Boards – You can sometimes find bulletin boards in places like Restaurants, Retail Stores (near the restrooms), Laundry Mats, Hair and Nail Salons, etc. Use this as a way to promote your business. Put up a flyer with your website link on it that tells a little about your business. Or just pin up a few business cards for others to grab.
- Other Small Businesses – Small businesses love supporting other small businesses. Stop around to a few in your area and ask if you can leave a flyer or some business cards on their counter. Almost every time you'll get a Yes!
Advertising Your Website Online
- Email Signature – Think of your email signature as your business card, but online. Every time someone sees it, you've given them your card. Try the 'Help' feature of your email program for guidance on how to set this up.
- Groups on Social Media – Search for direct sales groups, or local groups in your area. When making the post let them know what you sell and add an image. Always make sure you add your website link.
- Search Engine Listings – There are dozens of search engines on the internet. The majority of them are free to get listed in. Go to their website and look for anything that says 'Submit your site' or 'Get Listed'. Follow the directions for doing so. Most of all, be patient! It can take months to get listed on some of these.
- Social Media Bio – Always, always, always include your website link in your social media bio. When people visit your page/profile, you want them to have to way to see your website. Some might even see a post you have made and search your profile/page for your link so they can shop. So ALWAYS make sure your website link is in your bio on ALL of your social media accounts.
