Long Distance Recruiting

You can recruit anyone, anywhere within the US and it's territories. With the existence of the internet; it is very common for your sponsor to be thousands of miles away from you! If you are recruiting long distance you must be able to commit yourself into becoming a mentor. The long distance recruit will sometimes feel alone and isolated. You will want to make sure they know you are there for them, are supporting them, and are proud of their accomplishments. Use phone contact, email contact, mail, and/or social media to communicate these things.
