Building a Recruiting Packet
The most useful tool in the sponsoring process is the opportunity packet that you use. Many times, you'll come across someone who maybe sitting on the fence about joining. Having this information handy will help answer any questions that they may have to help with their decision.
Your recruiting packet should be a reflection of you and how you run your business. Like an assembly line, your packets should be standard and professional, each one identical. Your potential recruits want as much information as possible in an easy to follow format. Rather than repeating trips to the post office or sending multiple massages via text, try to include this information in your packet. Most importantly, any and all documentation should truthfully portray the benefits of Carolina Country Bling.
Take some time and type out an interest letter and save it on your computer or in your notes on your phone. Make sure to also have a copy of our Comp Plan saved as well. This will be handy if someone sends you a message or text wanting more information about CCB.
Also you can make a physical recruiting packet to carry around with you. If you should do this, make sure you have at least 3 recruiting packets at all times. Place these in your car, on your display at your in-home shows or your events. Ask other small businesses if you may leave one or two with them where their customers checkout. You never know when someone will be interested enough to want further information about your business. You should always be prepared to provide them with that information – quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. Make packets ten at a time and you'll always be prepared!

What to include in Your Recruiting Packet
We've broke down a list of what you should include in your recruiting packet to help you out. These are only suggestions. Feel free to add your own creativity.
-
Start with a folder or envelope. These things can be inexpensive and easy to obtain. Keeping everything together will help your potential recruits stay organized and be able to find your information at any time.
-
Label It. Let yourself and your potential recruit know what that folder or envelope is. Perhaps a label that states “The CCB Opportunity” or any statement that reflects the contents. Your name, and phone number should also be clearly visible.
-
An Interest Letter. Write a standardized letter that you can use over and over again. Make it personal by putting in their name and personally signing it.
-
Signing Bonus. You can make up your own bonus incentive or simply include a copy of the Quick Start Program. Remember, you have the flexibility to create whatever type of signing program you wish! Make sure you are on top of any specials offered by CCB. Raffles, Recruiting Incentives, etc. Let your potential recruit know about these!
-
Comp Plan. This is optional. You may want to include a copy of the current CCB Comp Plan. Anyone looking to move up fast will want to see these figures.
-
Business Card. Make sure to include this with any material you hand out, that even includes orders that you personally give to your customers. We know that physical business cards are slowly being phased out, but there are still plenty of reasons to get this into the hands of your potential recruit and customers.
Remember, your business opportunity packet is a reflection of you! Don't feel that you have to duplicate what other affiliates has done. Take these suggestions and create a packet that suits you.
