We want to make sure you have many different ways to get your questions answered and receive support with your business. Below you will find different groups and chats that we have available for you. Here you will be able to communicate with Home Office as well as other affiliates. Click each link to request to join.

Affiliate Information Changes
If you are moving and/or have a new phone number, shipping address, or email, it is very important that you inform CCB of these changes. To make changes: login to your CCB back office and click on “Settings”, change any information, and click “Submit” at the bottom.
Issues or Questions
If you have a question; the first place to turn is this CCB training material. If you do not find the answer here, then consult your sponsor. Your sponsor is there to assist you, so don’t hesitate to contact them for assistance. If your sponsor is not available or cannot assist you, then you have the option of contacting your CCB Home Office or ask in the groups or chats listed above.

We also have a support ticket system that is located on your website by using the Contact Us form. You can report any issues you may have with the site, sales, shipping questions, etc. Using the support ticket system gives you and home office a record of the conversations that have taken place. Please allow ample time to receive a response.
When emailing home office, please provide all information regarding your inquiry; especially let us know who YOU are. Provide your name, username, issue or question, hostess name, customer name, tracking #, etc.
